Blake VIP Membership Account


Q: How do I become a VIP Member?
A: Go to the Login button on the top right-hand corner of the webpage and then click 'Continue' under New Customers. You will be prompted to fill out a quick form with your personal details. Alternatively, click the link here.

Q: How do I update my details (email address, password, phone number, etc.)
A: Sign in to your account by clicking the Login button on the top right-hand corner of the webpage. You will be prompted to the My Account webpage; here you are able to change your details under the categories: My Orders, Personal Information, Payment Settings and Other Features.


Website Issues


Q: Why can't I log in to my account?
A: You may not be able to log in to your account for reasons as follows:
1. You have an account but do not have a password.
2. Your account is locked from a previous purchase where you did not sign in prior to making the order, then used your membership email at the payment process.
3. You entered the wrong password.
4. The account does not exist or is incorrect.
Please contact vip@blake.com.au to resolve the issue(s) stated above.

Q: It says that I already have an account and need to log in, but when I try to log in it says that I don't have an account and need to register. What does this mean?
A; It means that an action from the past has triggered your account to be temporarily locked or it has confused our system. Please contact vip@blake.com.au to resolve this issue.

Q: How do I clear my cache?
A: Please refer here to find out how to clear your cache according to the browser you use.


Promotional Emails


Q: How do I unsubscribe myself from promotional emails?
A: Find a recent promotional email we have sent you and scroll to the bottom of the email. Check your email address that appears in the section then click on the link that says, 'unsubscribe here!'. You will be directed to the unsubscribe page; ensure you enter the exact same email address that appears on the promotional email. Alternatively, you may also unsubscribe here.

Q: I have already unsubscribed so why do I keep receiving emails?
A: It may take up to a full day for your unsubscribe query to be completed. This is due to our system that refreshes only once a day, and until it has refreshed, you are still subscribed to our emailing list.

Q: How do I remove X person from your emailing list as he/she no longer works here?
A: Find a recent promotional email we have sent that person and scroll to the bottom of the email. Check the email address that appears in the section then click on the link that says, 'unsubscribe here!'. You will be directed to the unsubscribe page; ensure you enter the exact same email address that appears. If you do not have access to the person's email, you may also manually unsubscribe them here.

Q: How do we change our correspondence to the new employer as X person no longer works here/I no longer manage school purchases?
A: The current correspondent must change their details by signing in to their account and clicking the Login button on the top right-hand corner of the webpage. They will be prompted to the My Account webpage. Under the 'Personal Information' category, it is advised that they change the company and address field (if it includes the School's name and address); they may also unsubscribe their email address.

The new correspondent now has to create a new membership account and ensure that they are subscribed and have the correct school details.



Placing and Tracking Orders


Q: Why doesn't my coupon code work?
A: The coupon code may not work for reasons as follows:
1. The code is does not exist or has been spelled incorrectly.
2. The coupon code has expired.
3. The items in your cart may breach the terms and conditions of the coupon code's sale. Ensure that your items are correct and follow the terms and conditions.
Contact vip@blake.com.au should the problem persist.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: It can take between 3-6 days for Australian residents. However, please keep in mind that this time-frame is only a guide and may change during very busy periods.

Q: How do I track my order?
A:
Simply sign in and click My Account at the top right hand corner. Click Download PDFs / Review & Track orders under the My Orders category and you will see a display that shows all of your orders and their statuses.

Q: I placed my order X days ago so why has it not arrived yet?
A: All orders are shipped within 24 hours of the order being receipted into our Customer Service Department. Blake Education use Australia Post for delivery of all parcels. Depending on the state that you live in and the region within that state please refer to the estimated delivery times below.

3 Business Days - Sydney, Melbourne, NSW country, VIC country, Canberra, ACT
5 Business Days - Brisbane, QLD country, Adelaide, SA country, Tasmania, Northern Territory, Perth (allow an additional 2-3 days for WA country addresses)
For orders received over the weekend please allow 2 additional days for delivery. During our sale periods a notification will be placed on the web if orders are delayed due to the volume received.

You may also track your order. Simply sign in and click My Account at the top right hand corner. Click Download PDFs / Review & Track orders under the My Orders category and you will see a display that shows all of your orders and their statuses.

Q: How do I receive a tax invoice?
A: A Tax Invoice will accompany the parcel on delivery.


Products and Product Information


Q: How do I find out more about reading levels for the primary literacy resources?
A: You can use this document to refer to the types of reading levels when you view our products. You can also view our Literacy Catalogue that shows all of our literacy products with their corresponding reading level.

Q: How may I view a sample of the books?
A: Search the product you wish to view - you may do this by manually searching the product at the search bar. Once you find the product, click into it to see the full description and information. At the product's image, click the button below that says "Look inside" and you will find the sample pages.

Q: Do I have the appropriate program and settings to purchase a Downloadable PDF?
A: It is recommended to have the following:
1. High-speed internet as some of the files are large
2. Adobe Reader, Preview (Mac OS) or a program that reads PDFs
3. The latest browser versions available

Q: How can I download the FREE-to-Download Resources?
A: Blake's FREE-to-Download Resources are only available and viewable to those that have a VIP Membership. You can become one by filling out this form here. The 'FREE DOWNLOADABLES' tab will reveal all of our free-to-download resources when signed in.
