| Copy and Cut: Festivals provides a varitey of photocopaible craft templates, each with simple instructions for children to follow. The templates enable children to make books, models and cards to celebrate festivals in the six major religions: Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism, Sikhism, Islam and Buddhism.
The projects are ideal for use with the SOSE/HSIE Curriculum. They also provide innovative contexts for practising writing and literacy skills. There are opportunities for the children to read instructions and write text for a purpose, including stories, greetings and poems.
