Achieve! History – World War II Book 2 looks at the experiences of Australians in the war, explores main events and studies some of the post-war impact for Australia. Content includes the attack on Pearl Harbour, Kokoda, the experiences of POWs, the Thai–Burma railway, the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, mateship, wartime intelligence and the ANZUS treaty.
